Joyful Inspirations Coloring Book: With Illustrated Scripture and Quotes to Cheer Your Soul by Robin Mead

I enjoy coloring to reduce stress and to help pass the time, especially in situations where I can’t use other options. I like how the pages are thicker than standard coloring books and how beautiful the scenes turn out. The quotes are uplifting and I especially like the Emerson quote. Even my son (12 going on 42) enjoyed filling in a few pages and remarked that they were much better than the ones he has to color in at school. The spaces have a good distribution so it’s not difficult or stressful to complete. I picked up some coloring pens just for this task and enjoy working with the various colors. I feel there is a good balance between Bible quotes and other quotes, all positive and happy tones. I received a single copy through Hachette Book Group in exchange for an honest review.
