Mistaken Enemy by Dennis A. Nehamen

As the rating reads “It was ok”. I never felt like things were tense or felt a buildup of suspense. The read was ok but it felt like I was wadding through muddy waters instead of sailing across the sea. While the writing is good from an English Language standpoint, it lacks a good flow with logical choices in what to include and what to exclude. The characters were ok, basic fleshing out and such but they didn’t reach out to me or make me want to care about the situation. I’m fairly sure this is due to the style of writing and not a lack of development in the characters. I would’t count this author out and I would read another book he publishes later on.
