The cookbook looks lovely and has very nice photos inside. The information is valuable and valid. Too much sugar is terrible for our bodies. Cutting it out is difficult but with the proper recipes it can be done. Sadly, I couldn’t try out these recipes because the ingredients are difficult to find around here, and very expensive. This cookbook would work great for someone who lives in an area where you can purchase these ingredients and they have the extra income to afford them. The idea is great, but the usability is narrow.
