If you are a Christian and you feel you have a hectic life then this book just may help you out in ways you may not have considered. The book is easy to read and understand with a wealth of information. Several points I found myself nodding and feeling like it was written about me. Other points I could see how a person could get that way or feel that way and I was thankful to have a path towards less chaos. Anyone who relies on To-Do lists or tries to, will understand the point of this book. I like that it has a Christian theme without being preachy. I received an ARC through Revell Publishing in exchange for an honest review. This in no way influenced my opinion.
