Widow Walk is a wonderfully told historical fiction/romance story. It weaves through the various characters while describing the countryside during the time-period it is set in rich well researched detail. While not an adventure story with excitement at every turn, Widow Walk is engaging and interesting to read. I like the various characters and their viewpoints. A few times I paused to wonder why the author included something but never long enough to be pulled out of the story. I received an ARC through Smith Publicity in exchange for an honest review.
