To Capture Her Heart by Rebecca DeMarino

DeMarino writes a compelling story with an unexpected touch and a nice surprising twist. Her writing is solid and well edited. I like how the characters interact. The historical aspect feels well researched and actually written to be interesting to learn. The characters are well fleshed out and feel unique. Overall this is a very good read however I would suggest reading the first in the series prior to this one. I received an ARC through the publisher in exchange for an honest review.
