If I Fall, If I Die by Michael Christie
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
Christie does a fine job at telling this story as though it were true. The characters feel authentic and are well fleshed out. The blend of heartwarming moments with anxiety and solemn with a dash of mystery and suspense is refreshing and enjoyable. A few minor details could be omitted along with a bit of pulling back on the mystery would help this book reach that fifth star. Overall this is an enjoyable journey to read and one I can easily recommend. I received an ARC through Blogging For Books in exchange for an honest review. This in no way influenced my opinion.
