Laureano does a fantastic job bringing the world building and level of action to this second book in the series. You’ll want to read the first book prior to delving into this read. Once starting this book it became difficult to put down. Be prepared to lose sleep and let those chores become neglected. Very well written with great flow and content. Well worth the read. I received an ARC through Tyndale House Publishers in exchange for an honest review. This in no way influenced my opinion.
