Here we have an easy read that is part of the Texas Trails series. While it is not imperative you read the first four prior to delving into this one, it is certainly worthwhile. The writing is good and well edited. The characters are light while still being fleshed out enough for the story. The plot is enjoyable with a good flow. Overall this is a unique enough story to capture the readers interest while not drowning them in details or religion. I received an evaluation copy through Moody Publishers in exchange for an honest review.
