I received this wonderful book through Hay House Book Nook blogger program and I must say I am so very happy with this book. The wealth of valuable information readers will learn can be life changing. The facts are well researched. The meals taste wonderful. It’s easy to read and something you will use again and again. I like the layout and how the language does not speak down to the reader. Well worth the purchase and I’d recommend this to anyone looking to feel great again. Get away from the processed junk and feel great. Your body will thank you.
Jenn, it is only recently that I’ve finally discovered the most natural way to lose weight and not be turned off by portion control. Eating as whole and balanced as possible (not perfectly), not at night and keeping the calorie count down is key to weight loss and staying healthy. A proper night’s sleep, too, which is something I wonder if I’ll ever achieve! Thanks for this new resource 😀

As long as you keep your body as active as possible, eat as much fresh food as possible, drink plenty of water, and keep your mind positive you will see results. You don’t need to visit a gym, work up a heavy sweat, or make your body sore. Even just stretching or yoga positions several times a day will make a difference. You just have to learn what your body prefers and what makes you feel good, and keep up the healthier choices. And yes, sleep is important as that is when our body heals and recovers.
