The writing is done intelligently with a fairly well done editing job. I found my mind wandering a few times during the course of reading this one. The plot idea is intriguing and has potential for a riveting read, it just needs a bit more work and polish to be a four star book. Some of the dialogue didn’t feel natural. While the science behind it all felt understood by the author there was a bit more telling going on than showing with a bit too much information at times. Overall it was an interesting read and one I think some sci-fi readers might enjoy for a change of pace. I’d keep a watch for future releases by this author.
