Overall this is a well written book and well edited which really makes all the difference. The plot is interesting with several threads well woven throughout the novel. The pacing is good, but not on your seat edge like some well known authors. This might be somewhat of a letdown for readers expecting this but in no way takes away from the enjoyment of the read. The characters are well fleshed out and their romance works out well for the story without taking up too much time and space. I found it easy to connect with the main characters and to curl up and enjoy the read. While published by a Christian publisher it wasn’t thick with preaching, just a clean fun read. I received an evaluation copy from the publisher in exchange for my honest opinion and review. In no way has this influenced my opinion.
