This is a very well written book perfect for anyone wishing to grasp an understanding of their dreams and how God speaks to us. If has a conversational feel, as though talking with a long time friend who understands you deeply. It goes beyond simple explanations with well researched information on sleep and more. This is a book to return to many times through life and one I would recommend to about anyone. I am impressed with the entire book, from the layout to the index and everything in between. Definitely well worth the read. I received an evaluation copy from Chosen Books in exchange for my honest opinion and review. In no way has this influenced my opinion.
