First off, don’t start with the third book. Take the time to read the first two. Just a warning though, it’s not for the easily squeamish. The author goes into vivid detail throughout all three books although this one is a much slower pace plot wise. The writing is much cleaner and flows smoothly as this part of the tale is told. The characters continue to be very fleshed out and further their development. A few points in this book had me pausing for thought before continuing, enjoying the entire read. I’d recommend these for readers who have an interest in survival or like reading realistic survivalist stories. A free copy was provided by the publisher in exchange for an honest unbiased review.
