Willie Out West by Rhonda Walker
Aimed at the very young, this easy to read story is worth sharing. The lesson learned is basic yet delivered in a gentle way. My son (9 and loves to read) said it was good that Willie was so brave and he liked the book. He gave it four out of five stars. The images are very colorful and pleasing to the eye. I would recommend this for younger readers, school libraries and new parents. This is the sort of book I would love to read to my kids while curled up in a huge chair.
I was given a copy of this book by the author with no strings attached and in no way did this have an effect on my review. I decided to write the review because I really liked the book and I feel there’s a shortage of ethical books with morals and lessons written for younger children.
I’m intrigued, but I wish you had shared more about what the book was about!

I’m pleased you found the review intriguing. Personally, I’ve never been fond of reviews that give an outline of the book or repeat the back cover. It’s easy to click the link to the synopsis of what a book is about if a review is intriguing enough. If this becomes a frequent request I will consider expanding some on my reviews but for now more has been communicated on appreciation of the concise reviews. Thank you for stopping by.
