Brooks has developed into a solid writer you can depend upon for interesting and well written novels. Witch Wraith finishes a trilogy that manages to be more than a bland sword and sorcery variety. A refreshing read that includes the best of high fantasy with intersecting story lines, clever and intriguing plots, characters that are both well developed and true to form. The level of detail is nearly perfect, leaving the right amount to the imagination and not distracting from the flow of the story. Through the entire book I never once wanted to set it aside for something else. Very well done.
